[Plone-installers] Plone 5.2.2 is ready

Hello good people from the Installers team,

I have finally made Plone 5.2.2 final. Can you create the installers?

You may be aware that there have been various Windows fixes. Maybe more
are needed.
If you that a new release of for example plone.recipe.zope2instance is
needed, I would be happy to do so.
Probably we should keep the official version on dist.plone.org the same,
but the installers could have an updated version.

I would also like to do a 4.3.20 and 5.1.7 release soon, maybe even this
week, at least a pending release. For 4.3 it would be the last release
ever. For 5.1 there could be a 5.1.8 release in a few months.
But getting a 5.2.2 with installers is much more needed, so please
concentrate on that.

Do I need to do any tests?
