An accessibility tune-up is being organized for August as we speak, and tickets are mostly ready (tentatively marked 4.2): http://dev.plone.org/plone/report/56 I'm preparing another thread on mid-term and long-term accessibility goals for Plone, also. (Is this list the best place for such discussion?) Plone's separation of concerns gives it the potential to be a/the leader in CMS accessibility (which also benefits performance with mobile & search engines).
