[Plone-i18n] Procedure for commit

Being the de-facto translator to Swedish, I'm wondering abut the procedure to
get commit access to the Plone repository. This seems to be necessary for
the TinyMCE translations:

Here Vincent says that the TinyMCE translations will live in the Plone
repository, and that you have to sign up the contributor agreement to commit
there.

I guess this is the agreement:

But what to do, after mailing the signed agreement to the foundation and
e-mailing ass...@pl... ?

Or have I misunderstood everything?
