This tells is all:

  Your script has proxy roles but they are not used
  because the script owner is not defined above the accessed object.

To find out about the reason, you could proceed as follows:

  *  determine the script owner, check where it is defined

  *  determine the "accessed object", check why the owner is
     not defined above it.

Chris Wither's "zpdb" can help you with this.
