#24 blog entry buttons should be hidden when no blogs exist

If you hit the New Entry or Edit Entry button when no
blogs exist you get a "Debug Message: Record Doesn't
Exist" error. The Edit Entry button subsequently
causes a crash whereas the New Entry button just causes
the popup.

These buttons need to be hidden when there are no valid
blogs loaded.

scratch that, leave the button and menu option there for a
new blog. Instead, make the New Post and Get Posts buttons
harmless if no blog exists.

Encourage the user to create a new blog with some cleverly
worded text that shows up in the main window only when no
blogs exist.
