think about allowing a user to essentially say "make
public/allow people to add to this folder", and let it
be like a "community" category.
the natural extension of that is deleting a bookmark. for,
say, "ousecleaning" when the folder gets too crowded. of
course, that open up the door for "malicious" people in the
community to completely blank the folder, but it's an idea
which can be hacked on. maybe only the "folder moderators"
can delete files?
