Okay, let me try this. I've been putting messages onto Plib-devel and not seeing them posted for a day or two, so let me assure you that I am sending this on Tuesday morning, Central Daylight Time. I've also not been able to download the latest PUI or Tuxkart files from SourceForge, either from work (because of the firewall) or from home (CVS was down when I tried this morning). I know that this is the sort of response people hate to hear, but I've taken a look through the changes to the source code and haven't found anything that would cause the menu bar to crash. I'm still looking, but haven't been able to get the Tuxkart source files properly in order to reproduce the problem. What I'd really like is for someone who is experiencing the problem to set a breakpoint just before it blows up and figure out what the context really is. The change to the "puGroup.cxx" file that Ben mentioned below is from the destructor function. I don't think it's the problem. John F. Hello Again I had a chance to look though the puGroup.cxx file and here are the only recent changes > if ( this == puActiveWidget () ) > puDeactivateWidget () ; John added Active Widget Implementation, and was commited by me, is there a chance this could be causing the problem. Sould we back this change out, John what do you think. What kind of problems will commenting these lines out cause.
