PLGRNSE is now fully useable! I have tested it against the Elowitz Repressilator, and it works wonderfully. The recently completed Population-Splitter component is very nice as it allows for the core engine to efficiently spit out a LOT of complicated and dense data, while modularizing the processing of this data.
Hooray! I've uploaded all the source code from my computer to SF.net. I've uploaded some of the binaries type stuff, but I'm not sure if I should. In any case, the makefile will let everything be built.
