o Support "INTO", "USING" and "RETURNING" clauses in "EXECUTE IMMEDIATE" statements 

Changes:
o Reduce parsing errors in SQL scripts - cope with (and ignore) SYNONYM, DIRECTORY, DATABASE LINK commands and various otherwise unsupported DDL or access control commands
