Fixed Bugs:
o Support MULTISET operators.
	    "OF" keyword in MULTISET conditions is optional;  Issue: 3473753. Thanks to Wernfried Domscheit. 
o Allow SUBTYPE RANGE limits to be negative numbers.  Issue: 3472934. 
o Ignore Java Escape Code Prefix "\u"  Issue: 3473352. 

Changes:
o Update POM.XML to use JAVACC Maven plugin 2.6
