[Pldoc-chat] how to submit change request, etc

Hello,

I just started using PLDoc and am pleased so far.

I note that with packaged procedures having no parameter list, PLDoc
describes them as "Fields".  Is this a bug?   If
I'm missing something, would appreciate some enlightenment.
