#195 Enumerations in Templates not displayed

Enumerations defined in templates should be displayed in the Template HTML

I propose another section in the Template "Enumerations"
The magicdraw_diagrams.xsl will also have to be updated to hyperlink to the defnition of the enumeration in the template

Enumerations should not be MagicDraw specific. Enumeration linkage on diagrams should be performed via imagemap.xml which is tool independent.
