I've temporarily given up on my hollow sphere idea, but I would still like to create rolling sphere models. I have created a model plugin that consists of a sphere with a grid mapped on it (to more easily notice rotation ) but I am not sure on how to implement position control. Right now I have created a simple interface that lets me 'slide' it around the landscape, but I would like to control it by causing it to roll in around. There doesn't seem to be an obvious way to use any standard joints. Has anyone implemented anything like this? Cliff |
