Your page says that "Uses XI, Quicktime or SoundFonts." I've
downloaded a few SF2 files, but PlayerPro doesn't recognize them as
instruments. I can only get them to work by RAW data import
(PlayerPro thinks they're WAV files), but then I wind up with one sample
that plays several notes.
Am I missing something?

You must install SoundFonts into the standard Mac OS X install path at /Library/Audio/Sounds/Banks/ or <user>/Library/Audio/Sounds/Banks/
Start PlayerPro, and click or use arrow key to reach an empty slot in the instrument list window.
Then click 'Instrument' menu -> 'New...' -> 'QuickTime Instrument' and select the SoundBank and instrument you want to use
there are bugs in the QuickTime API that prevent some combinations of PlayerPro / Mac OS X from working properly together.
We should probably write some custom code and drop the QuickTime dependencies altogether as they now are more trouble than they're worth....
