[Plastic-devs] New message proposal

Hi chaps,
I'd like to propose the following new messages

ivo://votech.org/voresource/load(URI) - load a registry resource into  
an application

ivo://votech.org/voresource/listList(List) - load a list of registry  
resources into an application

I've appended them to http://eurovotech.org/twiki/bin/view/VOTech/ 
PlasticMessagesProposal, and shall implement them (sending &  
receiving) in VOExplorer (unreleased - see http://wiki.astrogrid.org/ 
bin/view/Astrogrid/VoExplorer)

I'd be interested to know whether these messages seem sensible, and  
whether there's any changes or alterations needed to make them more  
useful.
