In my usual inconsistent way, I've used PLASTIC throughout the paper, 
but plastic as the keyword.  Hmmm...as much as I dislike the general 
shoutiness of PLASTIC, the problem with mere "plastic" is that it's a 
common English word.  My vote is for PLASTIC, but as usual I'm prepared 
to be shouted down if I'm completely wrong.
