[Plastic-devs] ADASS keywords

I'm going to add a Plastic keyword into my ADASS paper. Just so we're  
synced up and everyone is using the same keyword, are people using,

Plastic

or

PLASTIC

we don't want half the papers under one, and the other half under the  
other...?
