Noel,

SPLAT can now send and receive this message - you can find a suitable 
version at

   http://andromeda.star.bris.ac.uk/starjavalib/splat.jnlp

Seems to work OK with the new workbench.  Have a play and if there are
no problems I'll get Peter to update the 'official' jnlp version that's 
referenced off the plastic web page.

I've also updated the message definition at
