I'd like to return to the topic of passing voevent messages to  
Plastic apps as an entity, rather than first parsing the messages,  
extracting the co-ordinates, and passing those instead...

I'd therefore like to introduce/propose

void ivo://votech.org/voevent/handleEvent( String xmlMessage )

so that a Plastic aware display tool could for instance parse the  
message and plot the data products, e.g. a finding chart with the  
event RA&Dec marked along with an appropriate error circle taken from  
the message, or a broker could take the message and pass it into the  
emerging VOEventNet.

Are there any real objections to this? Discussion? Anyone?
