#61 manual.tx formatting errors

hbox witdh and others are making chnaging this doc somewhat
cumbersom, since you don't see the mistakes you made through
those already there. Somebody should reduce the latex output.

Please also review if the describtion of the name and it's use. (A
param like <exp>).

Some of the "overfull \hbox" warnings have been dealt with.
The hbox warnings that remain are hard to get rid of. But
there are still enough ugly errors. The html file seems
pretty fine. The pdf file not.
