Hi, I am interested in using your PLACNET program to identify plasmid sequences from a contig level genome assembly, but I keep getting the following error:

Error in L2054A_inputFile.txt file, Please specify a reference database file

I specified a REFDB file, but I assume it's not in the proper format. I am hoping you can provide information as to the REFDB format required to run PLACNET. Could you direct me to any example files?

Please, can you give me more info about the DB you included? Also de input file and the error. Thanks!
