#54 Use of mktemp is unreliable, better to use Perl's File::Temp (patch)

In a number of places pkgbuild and friends invoke the system's mktemp to create temporary files and/or directories. This is suboptimal for two reasons:
1. The utility may not exist -- indeed, it does not on Solaris-8
2. There is a pure-Perl equivalent

I'm attaching a patch against 105
