#2 Disable resp. Enable Ports

I am using the application for test-purposes. In our app I have one connection to the DB and one to another service. And I wanna test the constellation when the one goes, the other is disconnected, or vice-versa, or ...

Therefore it would be good to enable resp. disable the ports easily without removing it.
