#6 No check if the source-Port is already blocked

There is no check, if the source-Port is already blocked. I have no idea, if this could be done in a remote environment, but with localhost this should be able to be tracked. And if this is tracked already, then I would have expected some kind of Error-message, which ports are blocked resp. already used.
