#16 inner class ref inherited static final

[Bill Claypool]

When an inner class makes an unqualified reference to a
static final field which comes from an interface which the
outer class implements, pizza issues suspicious error
message.

test code:
interface testInterface {
static final int tiFOO = 5;
}

public final class test
implements
testInterface {

static final int BAR = 6;

public final class inner {

int testInnerInh() {
return tiFOO;
}

int testInner() {
return BAR;
}
}
}

error:
