Pixie comes with a program called "show". This program, however requires fltk to compile. If you're on windows, this program comes with Pixie. On linux, you need to first download fltk and then re-compile Pixie. The configure script should detect fltk and build show automatically.
You can use show to look at both photonmaps and irradiance caches.
