#271 Support Opera Log Format

Opera is able to log IRC by editing Incoming Log File and Outgoing Log File fields in Local Settings\Application Data\Opera\Opera\mail\accounts.ini file

The log is quite verbose but it would be nice if pisg supported its format

Which version of Opera are you using? I haven't seen IRC, NNTP, or OperaMail support in Opera for many years now (and the older generations of web browsers have lost their usefulness for many reasons, including a lack of support for newer HTML/CSS standards, newer SSL/TLS Certificate Authorities, etc.).
