Events leading up to problem 1: The demo project
available at the Pipmak website is downloaded and
unzipped. Using FilZip, add that folder (just the
contents of that folder were also zipped into a
seperate file, but it too failed) to a new zip file
named project.pipmak. The settings should be on basic
installation defaults. The result will be a file named
project.zip. Using MSDOS prompt, rename it to
project.pipmak. Open pipmak then open the project file
project.pipmak.

Problem 1: Upon opening project.pipmak, then opening
the project project.pipmak, it displays this:

"Error loading Lua file [string "main.lua"]:1: "="
expected near 'PipmakTest'
Couldn't open project "C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\project.pipmak"

Events leading up to problem 2:
After problem 1 occurs, quit Pipmak using the upper
right hand corner [x]. Quickly open Pipmak again.

Problem 2:
Pipmak immediantly crashes, and displays a blank white
error box, saying nothing and having one [OK] button.
Clicking this [OK] button quits the program and causes
an apparent memory leak. The computer becomes extremely
slow, and any attempt to open an application triggers
the message:

"There is not enough free memory available to open this
application. Please quit one or two applications and
try again"

Restarting appears to be the only way to fix this.

System Specifications:
Operating System: Windows ME
Processor: 866Mhz Pentium III
Memory: 2x128 MB
Graphics Adapter: Geforce 4000 MX
Pipmak 0.2.1

I submitted this bug report, but have found an incorrect
part. The message displayed in Problem 2 is actually:

"PIPMAK caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL
    at 0197:6fff62813.

    [Close]"

    1. Could you attach that 'project.pipmak' file? I'd like to examine it. That error
message sounds quite strange - the string "PipmakTest" doesn't occur
anywhere in my version of the demo project.

    2. I have not been able to reproduce that problem on Windows 98 and
Windows XP. I'd be grateful if some Windows programmer who can
reproduce it could debug it. It's possible that it is not a bug in Pipmak itself,
but in one of the libraries used, such as PhysicsFS or SDL.

I'm closing this since there has been no reply for months. If anyone
feels it should be reopened, speak up.
