I have previously used this game with ubuntu 8.04 and found it a great little
game so when I found a Windows version I couldn't resist putting it onto my
computer running a windows OS but I have run across a bit of a problem with
the game crashing.
I have version 0.7.2 running on WinXP sp3 the game plays fine for some time (
several minutes to many hours) then it will crash in one of two ways, one to a
black screen requiring a restart the other a blank screen followed by the
message " Reset accelerator caed Do I want to report etc. I really would like
this game, has anyone any suggestions .

I thought of that earlier but I have discounted it for now for the following
reasons:
1-The Asus smart doctor software that came with the card shows it as healthy
and working correctly.
2 - This is the only program (game) reacting this way.
3 - Until recently I had Ubuntu 8.04 in a partition on this computer and
pipewalker worked fine.
The graphics card though is an Asus Radion A9600xt with driver version
6.14.10.0244.

It is really strange. Looks like broken video memory. Which video card do you
have? Does another 3D games work normal?
