Copy-paste is buggy when several places or transitions are homonymous: in the XML file where the Petri net is stored, <value> and <place> values are mixed up when pasting whereas they should stay different, which causes trouble in the Petri net in case of homonymy. For example, compare lines 24 and 29 of the two attached XML files.
