#299 Unable to play card that should be playable

In Pioneers, I sometimes can't play a development card, as the Play Card button is disabled.

For example, if I have Governor's House and Monopoly, and the selection is on Governor's House, then the Play Card button will be disabled. A work-around is to select Monopoly, and then select Governor's House again, which will enable the Play Card button, but as this can only be done when you have more than one development card on hand, it's still happening that you can end up with one development card, that you can never play.

Quite certain this is a recent regression.

Pioneers version 15.3 on Fedora.

Thank you for reporting this issue. It is a known issue and it was already fixed.
I've browsed through the Changelog:
2014-10-26 Release of 15.3
2015-03-27 Fix for this issue (see also ticket #285)
2016-08-28 Release of 15.4
2018-03-14 Release of 15.5
If you are playing 15.3, I suggest you upgrade, at least to 15.4
