#61 Listen port blacklisted?!?!

I just got a new torrent, and the error message reads
"14:54 - rejected by tracker - Listen port 6886 is
blacklisted from this server, please adjust your settings"
How do I adjust my settings to begin the download?

The 688x port range is often blacklisted because many ISPs
"limit" or "block" trafic in this range. If you do a little
search on the subject, you'll see quite a few suggestions on
the subject, namely: try different ranges.
Fox example, I use ports ports 38660~38679, and never yet
encountered a blacklist message.
In ABC, ports are defined via Preferences > Network (minimum
and maximum ports). Also check the "Randomize Ports" box.
