#42 URL Open Error

I am using it at first time.
I am connecting to the internet through a proxy server.
I am getting an error, "Problem Connecting to tracker -
<urlopen error(7,'getaddrinfo failed'). Please guide me.

I have use ABC for a very long time
but just of recent I have been getting an error
