#37 Modal forms with no frames

Thanks for a wonderful product!
As seen from a couple of complaints on the Palm forum,
Pilrc does not create modal forms with no frames.
I understand your rational that it does not make sense
to need it, but it seems from searching code that many
users try it. Therefore can I request that this possibility
should be added. I can do it with RscEditor and it works.

Well, maybe you are right. Changing this might cause many
suprises in previous written code. Maybe you can use a new
keyword (like FORCENOFRAME). For my sake, I just wrote a
script to edit the bin file directly (zero'ing out bytes 31 and
32).
