#321 18F4220 ICD2 problem

If I program my code (HEX attached) with MPLAB using ICD2, the program runs perfectly. If I use PIKLAB the program want work correctly.

Attached is the log.txt: piklab-prog -c program -p icd2 -t /dev/ttyUSB0 -d 18F4420 --max-debug example.hex > log.txt

Ops I forgot to attache the HEX file, but I don't thinks this is important.
In the common known bug issues is commented that PIKLAB has problems with some 18F models using ICD2, but this on version 0.14 ( I use 0.16.1).

I really would like to migrate from MPLAB to PIKLAB as I see that ICD2, as debugger, runs far faster than in MPLAB.
