There will be 2 files here. msn.patch and emoticons.tar.gz Instructions to install: it's very simple -Go into your gaim folder. /home/something/gaim probably -Copy the emoticons.tar.gz into there -tar -zxvf emoticons.tar.gz. This will put all .xpm files in the pixmaps/ folder -Copy the msn.patch file into the same gaim folder -patch -p0 < msn.patch That's it! Also, this last batch of emoticons are the same size as the real msn ones, so to some people they make look small.
