Initial Comment:
When a chat is open, an IM cannot be started with a
buddy with the same name as the chat.

This adds the function
gaim_find_conversation_with_account_of_type.

Other misuses of gaim_find_conversation_with_account
can be dealt with later -- this is an initial patch to
fix the reported bug.
