The core shouldn't force any particular behavior on the UI, autoreconnect being one such behavior. It's possible another UI may want to avoid auto-reconnect for whatever reason, so I consider it a UI feature, the same way "auto-connect" (now "enabled) is. It sure would have been more elegant in the core, as I could have added to the account struct, rather than storing everything in autorecon's hash table. -s. |
