The patch to the spec file for that is still in my inbox, and I will look at it before we release (unless someone else gets to it first). To compile SILC, do you HAVE to use --with-silc-includes=DIR and --with-silc-libs=DIR? If you leave those off will the directories be auto-detected? I have a libsilc and libsilc-devel RPM installed and that alone is not enough for the SILC PRPL to compile.
