#1 Perl dependencies: perl(pifia)

I've worked on the Perl dependencies and there things a bit confused for me, for example rpm advice about a perl(picagroups) dependency but don't know if it's a false positive cause I can't install pica since there are a perl(pifia) dependency I don't know how to fix...
