#190 Value property - required for completeness not validity

As part of the SITAM method please allow valid scenarios to have message links without values or value URLs.

The value or valueURL can be added incrementally as part of making a scenario complete, rather than valid.

At what point should the lack of value (or value URL) be considered an error, or should it never be considered an error?

If never considered an error, then during simulation, a missing value (or value URL) could simply be flagged as an error (i.e. the message link endpoints show up red)?

Also, if not considered an error ever, then should a warning be generated - and if so at what stage, when a choreography URL is specified, only if the choreography has interactions, etc?
