#161 Provide a conversation view

Provide a view onto the choreography for editing that provides a top-down conversation (session) perspective.

Ideally you could see each conversation type and their relationships without seeing the message exchanges.

This would provide a mechanism to get a high level but precise overview and refine the definition gradually.

The current structuring mechanism is not as semantically rich as a conversation, and could be retired.

Would it be possible to provide some images showing the type of conversation diagram/style you are envisaging, and how it would deal with the various grouping constructs (sequence, parallel, choice, loops).
