#6 'Conforms To' dependency not resulting in revalidation
When a 'conforms to' dependency is established with a local model that does not actually exist, but where the global model for the dependency does exist, changes to the global model do not trigger revalidatiion in the conversation expressing the 'conforms to' clause.
