I installed everything in this order : PhysX_8.09.04_SystemSoftware.exe, PhysX_2.8.1_SDK_Core.msi then NVIDIA_PhysX_for_3DS_Max_1.0.5.exe.
I'm using 3DsMax 2009, and plugins is loading correctly (all features are there). So I try to create a simple box, convert it to a simple rigod body and add it to simulation but when i click on "Add Selected" or "Add All Phys." I get an error message :
"Warning : Fail to create PhysX SDK. Please check whether you install correct PhysX driver". Really strange no ? Perhaps I missed something, nor some of installers are not compatible...
Thanks for your help.

search for nx*.dll in 3dsmax root dir and delete them.
