There will need to be two types of accounts:

            . Primary

            . Secondary

 

Why? This is a Desktop application. What do you mean by Primary and 
secondary account.

What I see is, if there are three member in your family mother, father 
and a son then by all possible reason I see that every one will have 
their own account through which they will create Record and one master 
or admin account which can reset all the value, what is the reason for 
having multiple account
