#2 Error xml_parser_create_ns()

Currently, we are trying out codes given for Class_rdfql_db. However, when we try to run example.php,
the following error occur.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xml_parser_create_ns() in
c:\phpdev\www\rdql\class_rdf_parser.php on line 1528

I wonder, what went wrong?
