#30 Pages blank after phplisting install

After I install phplisting 3x on phpwebstie 9x I can't get
back into the application. The pages are blank and view
source returns empty document. I am running this on
LAMP and server is optimal for phpwebsite.

I see others have had the exact same problem. There
may be a chmod problem. Can you point me in the right
direction this is the perfect module for my situation I
have to get it to work.
