Summary: can't manage agents past 20

Initial Comment:
I have 35 users in my system now and I can't manage
agents beond 20. clicking 'manage agents' gives me a
list of 20 agents and a arrow to click on to get to
page 2 (21-35).
when I click on it I get a blank page.
The page 2 link looks like........

It's probably just sending the wrong variables but it
would be nice to activate the other agents :)
