I had this error on v0.2.0 and 0.3.0. I think it may be due to the number a users the site has. I think the site has 50 users or so but only 3 are set up as agents. I noticed this problem when trying to add another agent today. I was running 0.2.0 so i decided to upgrade. That didn't help. The number of users is higher on the site now than when I first started using your module.
