I would like to see the ability to pick a form element to be used as the subject of the email. As an example, the agent uses "A cute house" and "A nice house" as titles for two listings. Then he/she gets emailed about those listings. Now they must remember the quaint little title they gave to the listing and the actual listing. New soultion: I create a form element called "Property Listing ID" and the agents fill it in with an "in-house" numbering system. They are more likely to know this number and find it more easily. In phpwsListings admin, have the ability to put a check box next to the form element to use in the email. Of course this is just an example for real estate, but I believe this would be handy.
